User Content
User Content is submitted at your own risk. uTead cannot and does not guarantee that User Content you post on the Website will not be accessed or used by unauthorized persons. Also, please be aware that even after you delete User Content, it may remain observable to other Users in cached and archived pages or in some other saved form.
Invitations
uTead allows you to invite other Users to the Service by providing us with your friend's e-mail address, which we will use to send a one-time email invitation. uTead stores information necessary to send this email, connect you with your friend, and measure the usage and acceptance of invitations.
If you receive an invitation but would like your information removed from our database, please submit a request to privacy@utead.com.
Website Use Information

Profiles
Your profile information will be displayed to other Users as per your privacy settings. Generally Users in your network will have access to your full profile, while Users outside your network will be limited your name, groups, thumbnail, and other information allowed by your privacy settings. Additionally, outside search engines may have access to this information if allowed by your privacy settings.
Communications
You may receive free newsletters from uTead regarding topics that may interest you. We may also use your contact information to send you e-mail or other communications regarding changes to the Service, to solicit your opinions regarding current or potential products and features, or to provide additional announcements which may interest you. The frequency of these messages will differ based on your information we have in our database.
Any feedback you submit to uTead becomes our property, and we can use such feedback (testimonials) for promotional purposes or to contact you.
Depersonalized Information
uTead may use depersonalized information (information that does not personally identify you) in your profile to track Website usage and provide customized features. Doing so allows us to provide you with external promotions that may be of benefit to you. For example, if you mention that you are pursuing an MBA, advertisements showing benefits of a specific MBA program may appear.

uTead may have links to other websites. uTead is not responsible for the privacy policies of these other websites. 5. Security of Personal Information
uTead has implemented appropriate precautions in order to protect your information. User information is located on a secured server with a dedicated IP address. More sensitive information, such as credit card information is protected through the use of encryption including a Security Socket Layer (SSL). "Image challenge" may be used to prevent automated scripts from gaining unauthorized access to accounts. Due to the insecure nature of email or instant message, we do not recommend that you send private information through these means.
6. Changing or Deleting Information
You may deactivate your account or change or delete your profile information at any time. Deleted information may exist in secondary copies temporarily, but will not be visible to the uTead community. Please note that your communications with other Users through the service cannot be removed in most circumstances.
7. Children's Privacy
uTead recognizes the importance of protecting the online privacy of children. Therefore, uTead does not knowingly collect personal information on its Website from persons under 13 years of age. If we discover or have reason to believe that a user of this Website is under age 13, we will delete any personal information collected from that user.
If you are under 13 years of age, the Service is not directed towards you; please do not use or access the Service at any time. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, we recommend that you ask your parents for permission before using the Service.
